The time has come for the NHS to investigate properly what remedies it has against the designers/suppliers of this useless system.

Surely the NHS's lawyers provided for specific performance objectives in the contract(s). That what the lawyers for private sector users would have advised. Or have we got another of those public sector procurement disasters for which no-one can be sued?

We should be told and TPA should find out.
