An image that says a thousand words...

Bengali

...just not in English

The above was found on the Freedom of Information page at North Lincolnshire Council's website.  From their census in 2001, 2.5% of residents were from an ethnic minority, who this service is aimed at.  Needless to say the Freedom of Information request is in the post to see how much is spent on this service for what is barely 3,000 people.

The TPA should take a look at H&F Homes London Borough of Hammersmith. Not only is it a failing service, it has just parachuted a new interim chief executive at about 2k a day in pay whilst trying to cut low paid employees wages. The current executive team took over a million in wages and bonuses to deliver a one star almo from a 3 star service and had the front to take the bonuses. You may or may not be interested in low paid workers - i don't know, but the senior management of H&F Homes have been lining their pockets at the tax payers expense for years and need stopping.
